China MIIT is Collecting Public Comments on Revision to GB15258-2009

On September 22, 2022, the Science and Technology Division under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released a notice on collecting public comments on revising 7 mandatory national standards including theGeneral Rules for Preparation of Precautionary Label for Chemicals(GB 15258-2009). Opinions may be delivered toKJBZ@miit.gov.cn

The GB 15258-2009 was issued on June 21, 2009 and came into force on May 1, 2010. Its previous versions are the GB 15258-1994 and GB 15258-1999. It is predicted that the new version (GB15258-2024) is to be published and implemented in 2024.
